Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join the team at Royal Cape Cod Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. In this role, you will assist with meal service, follow diet orders, and keep dietary areas clean and compliant with safety standards.

The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced setting, demonstrates compassion for residents, and is available to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend. Full-time benefits include PTO and health insurance.

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
