Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Dietary Aide for North End Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Boston to support residents with meals and service in a nursing facility. You will prepare food items, trays, and assist with sanitation while following diet orders and hygiene standards.

The role requires flexibility, kindness toward residents, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional interruptions.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Patient, tolerant, and compassionate attitude towards residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
