Job summary

Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide – kitchen helper for San Luis Post Acute in San Luis Obispo, CA.

You will support daily meal service, help prepare and deliver meals to residents, retrieve trays after meals, and assist with stocking and sanitation in a geriatric care environment. This full-time position offers competitive pay ($18.90-$21.00 per hour), health and retirement benefits, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Clear background, reference, physical exam and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare kitchen and assist with daily food service
• Deliver meal trays and plates to residents
• Retrieves trays at the end of mealtime
• Stock inventory and organize storage areas
• Wash dishes
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
• Attend staff and in-service meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
