Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support residents at Raritan Post Acute in South Amboy, New Jersey. You will help prepare and serve nutritious meals, uphold safety and cleanliness in dining areas, and provide friendly service to residents and staff.

You’ll follow dietary orders, maintain a clean dining environment, and collaborate with the Dietary Department to meet daily meal service goals, including weekend coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and snacks according to dietary orders and tray cards
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including the kitchen, serving areas, and resident dining rooms
• Ability to understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments
• Perform routine tasks with frequent interruptions, including working with food items, serving trays, handling soiled dishes, operating dietary equipment, and cleaning work area
• Work every other weekend as part of our Dietary Team
• Demonstrate a willingness to perform additional tasks as needed to support the Dietary Department
