Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Dietary Aide for Northampton Post Acute in a nursing facility. You will follow diet orders, assist with meal service, and maintain clean dining and kitchen areas.

The role requires a compassionate, patient demeanor, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work every other weekend. Full-time roles include PTO and insurance benefits.

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Patient, tolerant, and compassionate attitude towards residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
