The Role at a glance

We are looking for a motivated, energetic dietary aide with dining room server experience to join our Healthcare Foodservice team in Philadelphia, PA.

As a dietary aide with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to work as part of our talented dietary team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen.

This position requires availability for the 4 PM - 7:30 PM shift and will consist of at least 3 shifts per week.

Requirements

• Weekend availability and prior experience as a dining room server are required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with meal service, setting and bussing tables in the dining room, and assisting the cook as needed with food preparation and cleaning.
• This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded as needed.

Qualifications

• Must-haves: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and good time management.
• Nice-to-haves: Prior food service experience, excellent communication and organization skills, attention to detail.

Work Location

• Redeemer Health - Lafayette in Philadelphia, PA.

Compensation

• Pay rates from $14.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience.
