Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our dining services team in delivering nutritious, high-quality meals to residents. You will help with serving meals, maintaining clean dining areas, and assisting with meal preparation in a safe, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, food safety, and flexibility to cover various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous food service experience preferred, but training is available.
• Strong communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food handling, storage, and sanitation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
