Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Dietary Staff is to prepare and serve nutritious meals for patients and maintain clean dining and kitchen areas.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare meals according to dietary specifications
  • Pass food trays
  • Wash dishes
  • Clean kitchen and dining areas
  • Stock supplies
Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
  • Ability to read, follow instructions, and communicate effectively in English
  • Physical ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift at least 15 pounds
  • Pass pre-employment background check and drug test
Preferred Experience
  • At least 1 year of dietary or food preparation experience in a skilled care facility (preferred, not required)
