Job summary

Whitehall Borough Post Acute is hiring a dietary aide for a full-time day shift (6:00 am–2:30 pm). The role includes setting up meal trays, serving meals, dishwashing, and assisting the cook and dietary supervisor. Must be 16+ with a background check; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Clear Cisive Background Check in last 7 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Housekeeping experience in healthcare/long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks; keep kitchen clean.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen floors; manage trash.
• Read and follow procedures and safety guidelines; assist cook/dietary supervisor.
