Job summary

Enumclaw Health and Rehabilitation Center, part of Evergreen Healthcare Group, is seeking a Full-Time Dietary Aide for the PM shift (1:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., Sunday through Thursday) to join our dietary department. You will read production orders on tray cards, assemble trays with utensils and condiments, assist with food preparation, serve meals at the correct temperature, push carts, and help keep the kitchen clean and well organized.

Qualifications

• Must have a Food Handlers' Permit.
• Knowledge of high standards of food service sanitation and safety.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn to operate kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders on tray cards.
• Arrange items on trays (utensils, napkins, condiments).
• Perform food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Serve food on trays at proper time and temperature.
• Push carts to halls or kitchen.
• Wash dishes and clean work area.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
