Phillips County Retirement Center is seeking a Dietary Aide/Cook to join our dietary team. This role serves in a front-line position providing excellent resident care through delicious and healthy meals that meet residents' dietary needs. Daily tasks include preparing and cooking meals, cleaning the kitchen and workstations, delivering food to residents, and effectively collaborating with multiple departments. Dietary staff are responsible for disposing of outdated items, unloading and restocking groceries, and maintaining inventory levels. Candidates should be self-directed and willing to work different shifts as needed including weekend shifts.
