Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Some food preparation experience helpful.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions to operate kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve food on patient tray line and in cafeteria.
• Maintain sanitation standards and follow public health regulations.
• Prepare diets and food requisitions and obtain accurate counts.
• Follow dietary and hospital safety procedures to prevent accidents.
