Vista Ridge Senior Care is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in our facility's food service operations. You will help prepare meals, follow menus and diet requirements, and ensure sanitary, quality food service for residents.

You will work within a team to maintain portion control, proper storage, and timely meal delivery, while adhering to safety standards and policies. This role may involve evening or weekend shifts as needed.

• Follow standardized recipes and monitor food production and waste.
• Prepare meal portions per menu and diet requirements.
• Review menus for special diet needs before meals.
• Monitor tray lines to ensure proper portions and dietary adherence.
• Prepare food to align with serving hours while maintaining quality.
• Operate kitchen equipment as needed.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of perishable foods.
• Maintain food and freezer storage and safe handling practices.
• Perform related duties as needed.
