We are seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. St. Joseph PACE is dedicated to serving the elderly through a coordinated care model that promotes independence and community living.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare food following sanitary regulations and policies
  • Assist with setting up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
  • Perform cleaning duties as scheduled
  • Assist in preparing and serving nutritional supplements and snacks under supervision
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure proper food service
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: 1 year of food preparation experience in healthcare
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to manage conflicts effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic email/calendar use
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving kneeling, reaching, lifting (up to 20 pounds), and other movements
