Job summary

Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd is hiring a part-time Dietary Aide. Starting pay is $17.12+ per hour, with earnings up to $20.81/hour including shift differentials, for up to 25 hours per week.

You will work with our care team to provide nutritious, well-prepared meals, set up dining rooms, assist with kitchen tasks, stock items, record temperatures, and support cooks while upholding food safety standards. No experience needed; training provided.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability up to 25 hours per week.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, serving, and cleaning dining rooms and kitchenettes.
• Assisting with meal preparation in the main kitchen during down times.
• Stocking and rotating food items.
• Recording food temperatures and documenting diet orders.
• Supporting cooks and ensuring food safety standards are met.
