Job summary

Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd is hiring a part-time Dietary Aide. Starting pay is $17.12+ per hour, with earnings up to $20.81/hour including shift differentials, for up to 25 hours per week.

You will work with our care team to provide nutritious, well-prepared meals, set up dining rooms, assist with kitchen tasks, stock items, record temperatures, and support cooks while upholding food safety standards. No experience needed; training provided.

Position Details

We are currently seeking a Dietary Aide for up to 25 hours per week.

Every Other Weekend And Every Other Holiday Required

Shift differentials paid for evenings (after 2 PM) and weekends.

Required Availability

• 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM

(Candidates must be available to work a combination of these shifts.)

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

As a Dietary Aide, you’ll work closely with our healthcare team to ensure residents receive nutritious, well-prepared meals that meet their individual dietary needs. Responsibilities include:
