Essential Job Functions
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of kitchen, dining, or serving areas.
  • Properly prepare, serve, and store food according to facility policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Prepare foods based on standardized recipes.
  • Use appropriate service methods and food handling techniques to ensure quality.
  • Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a safe environment.
  • Adhere to menu and dietary compliance, reporting any concerns or non-compliance issues.
Qualifications
