Job summary

Pikes Peak Post Acute is hiring a Dietary Aide (part-time) to join our culinary team in Salinas, CA. You will assist with meal preparation, set up dining areas, serve meals per dietary plans, and help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment.

Flexible hours across weekdays and weekends provide valuable part-time scheduling. Pay rate is $18.90–$19.00 per hour, with paid training and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare food-service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation and food safety practices.
• Ability to read, write, and follow spoken instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation under the direction of the Dietary Manager or Cook.
