Job summary

Winfield Senior Living is hiring a Part-Time Dietary Aide to support resident dining with tailored meals and a welcoming dining environment.

You will assist with meal prep, deliver meals on schedule, and maintain sanitation across dining areas while supporting a caring team. Training is provided, and the role offers benefits such as paid time off and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in SNF or LTC preferred but training available.
• Ability to assist with meal preparation and serving.
• Maintain clean, sanitary dining areas and tables.

Now Hiring: Part-Time Dietary Aide

About the Role:

Join our team as a Dietary Aide and help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents and their families. In this role, you’ll assist with preparing and serving meals tailored to residents’ nutritional needs, while ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order
• Assist in meal preparation under the guidance of the Dietary Manager or Cook
• Deliver meals and trays to residents at scheduled times
• Clear dining areas and collect dishes, utensils, and glassware
• Clean and sanitize food stations, dishes, cookware, and utensils
• Restock tables and service areas with condiments and supplies
