Job summary

Linley Park Post Acute, a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Anderson, SC, is seeking a reliable Dietary Aide to support our kitchen team. You will assist with meal service, prepare snacks, and help maintain a clean, safe dietary department, delivering quality meals and friendly resident service.

We offer competitive pay of $14-$15 per hour for part-time hours, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, PTO, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certificate.
• Previous food service or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service and tray setup.
• Wash dishes and operate dishwashing equipment.
• Prepare snacks and nourishments.
• Clean kitchen, work surfaces, and equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors to maintain sanitation standards.
• Monitor and record dishwasher temperatures and sanitation levels.
• Properly store food and supplies.
• Remove trash and maintain a clean environment.
• Support cooks and dietary supervisor as needed.
• Follow all food safety and infection control guidelines.
