Qualifications

• Assist in dietary functions following established policies and procedures.
• Provide palatable, properly portioned meals in accordance with dietary plans.
• Collaborate with the Dietitian/Dietary Supervisor to implement approved changes.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals at designated times with appetizing presentation.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas as instructed.
• Check diet trays before distribution and assist in serving meals.
• Prepare and deliver snacks as instructed.
• Deliver food carts and trays to designated areas.
• Assist in maintaining and using diet spreadsheets.
• Clean work areas, blocks, and refrigeration units.
• Maintain hygiene per sanitary regulations and policy.
