Dietary Aide - On Call (Food Services)
General Purpose
The dietary aide's assignments are determined based on the activity during the shift. They report to the Cook and Dietary Supervisor.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
Language Skills: Ability to read technical procedures, follow recipes, and communicate effectively with managers and staff.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to understand fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
Reasoning Ability: Capable of solving practical problems and interpreting various instructions.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must obtain and maintain a food handler's certificate.
Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Good vision and focus are required.
Work Environment: Typically low to moderate noise levels. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
