Job summary

Greenville Care Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support meal preparation and serving for residents in a healthcare setting. You will follow dietary guidelines, assist with deliveries to rooms, and ensure a clean, safe dining area for all residents and patients.

You will work with the dietary team to meet nutritional requirements, support special diets, and provide friendly, professional service while promoting residents' well-being through nutritious meals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation and service following menus and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure meals meet nutritional requirements and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain sanitation in kitchen and dining areas per safety rules.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and meal setup for service.
• Provide excellent resident/patient interaction and service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service.
