Rockport Healthcare Services is seeking a staff member for a dietary/food service role in Oakland, CA. The position requires preparing and delivering nutritious meals and supplements to residents per physician orders, while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, meeting participation, and professional interaction with residents and staff; previous food service and long-term care exposure are a plus.

Competenze

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand English for business necessity.
• Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety.
• Prior experience in food service preferred.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.

• Performs tasks to ensure timely preparation and delivery of nutritious meals and supplements to all residents according to physician’s orders and in compliance with Federal, State and Company requirements.
