Job summary

Medina Center for Rehab & Nursing is hiring a Dietary Aide to join our compassionate team in Medina, OH. Shifts include 7a-3p and 12:00p-8:30p, with opportunities for full-time or part-time roles.

The role supports residents by preparing and serving meals, following dietary plans, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment. Training is provided, and benefits outline is offered. Weekend work is required on an alternating schedule.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Compassionate and respectful toward residents and their dietary needs.
• Must work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents per dietary guidelines and care plans.
• Ensure food handling, storage, and preparation are safe.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and service areas.
• Deliver meals and snacks to residents with courtesy and care.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to meet residents’ nutritional needs.
