Responsibilities

• Assist dietary cooks in food preparation and adjust recipes to ensure adequate portions and minimize waste.
• Clean all food contact areas and utensils, maintaining HACCP-compliant sanitation.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, record temperatures in daily logs, and manage bulk nourishments.
