Candidates should have prior food service experience; healthcare experience is preferred. Weekend availability is required, and our team offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary services practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary services in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to work every other weekend is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents according to planned menus.
• Follow dietary plans and portion controls for residents.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and safe food handling.
• Observe safety and regulatory requirements for long-term care dietary services.
