Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist in cleaning and organizing of kitchen and food storage area.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots & pans.
• Set up breakfast trays and assist with serving meals.

Responsibilities

• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwashing machine at the beginning of the shift.
• Observe water temperature of dishwasher during dishwashing cycles.
• Make juice for breakfast trays and medication pass.
• Butter bread and pour milk and juice; prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Empty trash; sweep and mop kitchen; store groceries safely.
• Report resident care concerns and potential issues to the Administrator or Director of Nursing.
