Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: assemble trays and deliver meal carts to dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness by disposing of refuse per procedures.
• Manage supplies: deliver and rotate food and floor supplies following FIFO rules.
• Prepare foods: follow recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Serve meals: portion and serve according to recipes and instructions.
• Sanitize equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes and utensils properly.
