Job summary

NexCare WellBridge Senior Living in Dimondale, MI invites you to join our Dimondale Nursing Care Center as a Dietary Aide. You’ll help prepare meals, plate food, and deliver trays, delivering hospitality and care to our residents each day.

We offer starting wages of $15.00 per hour with a new rate of $15.85, plus hero pay and yearly increases, plus comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and 401k, with full-time shifts and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering care.
• Team player who supports colleagues and helps get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following guidelines and regulations.
• Plate food and assemble trays.
• Assist with serving in the dining room or delivering trays.
