Job summary

Preferred Care At Old Bridge is a Skilled Nursing Facility in Old Bridge, NJ looking to hire Full Time Dietary Aides to join our dietary department. The Dietary Aide assists the cook in meal prep, places food on plates, and ensures quality service.

You will prepare and deliver food, wash dishes, and keep the kitchen clean according to health standards. We value detail-orientation, professionalism, and teamwork, with weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities

• The Dietary Aide assists the Cook in the preparation and service of meals.
• Places prepared food on plates/trays in line with tray tickets and policies.
• Prepares and delivers food and trays, washes dishes and cleans kitchen per health standards.
• Must be detail-oriented, act professionally and be a team player.
• Must work every other weekend; shifts: 6am-2pm or 11am-7pm.
