Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas
• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse according to policies (and keep areas tidy)
• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies; first in, first out
• Prepare Foods: Follow menus and recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently
• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and instructions
• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes and cooking equipment
