Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Weldon, NC is hiring a Dietary Aide for Liberty Commons of Halifax County. This full-time day shift (6A-1P) position supports the cook and dietary team, ensuring sanitary, safe, and pleasant dietary conditions for residents.

Responsibilities include following menus, assisting service, cleaning, and aiding in meal prep under supervision. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and basic English

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, and 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use supplies economically and operate equipment safely.
• Demonstrate neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to read diet cards, speak English, and lift up to 30 pounds.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
