Job summary

Gary and Mary West PACE is seeking a Dietary Aide Lead to supervise the dietary team and ensure safe, therapeutic nutrition services for program participants. You will receive vendor meals, monitor temperatures, and maintain strict kitchen sanitation.

This role emphasizes collaboration with RDs, adherence to CACFP, and accurate documentation. A strong commitment to quality care for seniors is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• ServSafe Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Driver license with proof of auto insurance.
• One year of food service experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kitchen Aide team to ensure timely meal service.
• Receive vendor-prepared meals and prepare for service.
• Monitor food temperatures and ensure safety compliance.
• Plate meals and identify special dietary needs per participant.
• Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and proper labeling of foods.
