EverTrue is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining services in our skilled nursing and memory care facilities in Webster Groves, MO. The role involves assisting residents with meal choices, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed, and maintaining clean dining areas.

Responsibilities include setting up dining rooms, serving meals at correct temperatures, and completing routine cleaning. Candidates should have basic cooking skills and be willing to obtain required food safety certifications

Qualifications

• One year of dietary aide experience preferred.
• Basic cooking skills and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes and diet orders.
• Willingness to obtain a recognized food safety handling certification and Hepatitis A vaccination if required in the area.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with choosing food/beverage options meeting dietary restrictions.
• Perform dining service routines with utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare dining rooms for meals and ensure proper serving temperatures.
• Maintain dining areas and assist with cleaning duties and waste disposal.
• Record temperatures, product usage, and other required HACCP documentation.
