Job summary

WellBridge of Romeo is seeking a Dietary Aide to help prepare meals, plate trays, and assist with serving and daily kitchen duties. This full-time role includes weekend rotation and afternoon shifts.

We offer competitive wages with starting pay around $15.15–$16.00 per hour plus Hero Pay, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) match, plus opportunities for career advancement.

We Can Work With Your Scheduling Needs

• 8 hour shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Afternoons available: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM shift
• No late nights!
