• Experience with Memory Care residents preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit to be obtained in the first 30 days.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid to be obtained in the first 30 days.

Dietary Aides at Parkview Memory Care at Cherrywood Village are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests. The Dietary Aide ensures the Dining Room is welcoming by adhering to cleanliness standards and providing prompt and courteous meal service. They comply with federal, state, and local standards for community operation and incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions.

Schedule

• Memory Care shifts, Thursday - Sunday from 6 am to 3 pm
• Full-time & 8-Hour Shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed, preferred

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is desired
• Experience with Memory Care residents is preferred
• Current Food Handler’s Permit (to be obtained in the first 30 days)
• Certification in CPR and First Aid (to be obtained in the first 30 days)
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to work well and cooperate with others
• Ability to communicate with empathy and compassion
• Passion for wellness and life enrichment for older adults
