Job summary

Sunrise Manor is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. You will prepare and serve meals, keep the kitchen clean, and assist with dietary interventions to meet residents' needs.

Work closely with the dietary team to ensure high-quality care and accurate record-keeping. Recent graduates are welcome; a high school diploma is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with dietary interventions, such as food allergy management and special dietary needs
• Monitor and report any food allergies or special dietary needs to the dietary team
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure that every resident receives the highest level of care and attention
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation and consumption
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the dining experience for our residents
