Job summary

AristaCare in Linden, NJ is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in all dietary functions under supervision of the Registered Dietitian and Food Service Manager. You will prep and serve meals, and ensure the serving area and equipment stay clean and organized.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent, with dietary experience in healthcare preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and time management are essential to meet service deadlines.

Qualifications

• Dietary experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate with team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all dietary functions under supervision and in accordance with policies.
• Prepare and serve breakfast, snacks and meals to participants according to dietary orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of serving kitchen and equipment.
• Support RD and Food Service Manager as directed.
