Job summary

A leading retirement community provider in Lansdale is seeking a Dietary Aide. In this role, you will support a welcoming dining experience by preparing and serving meals, alongside assisting with kitchen tasks. No experience is required, and candidates will benefit from on-the-job training and various employee benefits including health care, 401(k), and paid time off. This is a full-time role with shifts from 6:30 am to 3 pm.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with on-the-job training.
• Minors (under the age of 18) must obtain a valid work permit, if required by the State.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for fostering an environment of hospitality for residents under the direction of the Nutrition Services Manager. Main duties include preparing and serving meals and assisting with the setup and cleanup of the dining room. Performs some short order cooking and a variety of prep tasks in the kitchen.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Entry level position with on-the-job training
• Minors (under the age of 18) must obtain a valid work permit, if required by the State in which they are being employed

Pay Range

$15.58 - $18.21 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
