We provide award‑winning and highly successful solutions within the areas of Food and Nutrition Services, Environmental Services, Institutional Laundry Services and Facility Maintenance.

Job Summary

The Dietary Aide works under the supervision of the Culinary Manager. The Dietary Aide must have skills in food preparation, production control, inventory control, kitchen safety, sanitation, equipment uses and cleaning/sanitizing, food safety, recipe adherence, therapeutic diets, and modified textured foods and liquids. The Dietary Aide is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area and assisting dietary cooks as necessary. Responsible for all general sanitation and cleaning including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and taking out trash.
