Job summary

NHC Fort Sanders in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our full-time dining services team. Shifts include Day 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and Evening 12:00 p.m.

– 8:30 p.m. You will assist with meal preparation, production, and portion control using standardized recipes to ensure quality for all residents. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required. We value reliability and a willingness to learn in a busy, skilled-nursing setting that operates 24 hours.
