Job summary

Fisher Senior Care and Rehab Center in Michigan is seeking a dietary aide to support meal preparation, tray assembly, and dining room service. You will help serve meals and ensure compliance with guidelines while maintaining a welcoming, caring environment for residents and families.

Starting wage is $14.50 per hour with hero pay of $0.85 per hour and yearly wage increases. Full-time shifts are available, with morning or afternoon options and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen/dining area.
• Willingness to work mornings or afternoons, rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following guidelines and regulations.

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 8 hour shifts - All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays

How you will help people every day:

• You may assist with serving in the dining room or delivering trays to rooms
• You will assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen and dining areas
