Job summary

West Oaks Senior Care & Rehab in Detroit, MI, is seeking a Dietary Aide to join an award-winning team. You will assist with meal prep, plate and deliver trays, and support dining room service while maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area.

A hospitality mindset and teamwork are essential. The role offers a full-time schedule, rotating weekends and some holidays, with a base wage of $15.25 per hour plus $0.85 hero pay, and annual wage increases.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is a plus.
• Strong communication and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to follow guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation following required guidelines and regulations.

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• FullTime - all shifts include rotating weekends and someholidays

How you will help people every day:
