Job summary

Mission Valley Post Acute is seeking a dependable, energetic Dietary Aide to join our healthcare dietary services team. This full-time role involves assisting with meal prep, tray assembly, and delivering meals to residents with courtesy.

You will help maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas while adhering to dietary policies. We offer competitive hourly pay and a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to prescribed diets.
• Deliver and collect meal trays in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following sanitation guidelines.
• Stock food and supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety, infection control, and dietary department policies.
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, families, and staff.
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure quality meal service.
