Dietary Aide – Full-Time Kern River Transitional Care Center is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our dietary services department. This position assists with meal preparation, tray service, dishwashing, sanitation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment for our residents.
Compensation Pay Range: $17.48–$17.58 per hour General Purpose Dietary Aide assignments are determined based on the needs and activity of the shift. The Dietary Aide reports to the Cook and Dietary Supervisor and assists with daily food service operations while maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary kitchen environment.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
The employee works in a healthcare dietary and kitchen environment. The noise level is generally low to moderate. The position may involve exposure to heat, moisture, food products, cleaning chemicals, and commercial kitchen equipment.
