Dietary Aide - Full or Part Time (WellBridge of Grand Blanc)

Our Dietary Aides strive to provide the best culinary experience and ensure satisfaction is a top priority. Our patients look forward to their meals every day, and we aim to serve great food that brings happiness and joy.

Starting wage: $12.95 per hour or more based on experience! You will earn $13.80 to start, plus Hero Pay of $0.85 per hour.

How you will help people every day:

• Assist with meal preparation following all guidelines and regulations
• Plate food and assemble trays
• Assist with serving in the dining room or delivering trays to rooms
• Support daily cleaning in kitchen and dining areas
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service, fostering a positive environment for guests, families, and visitors

Scheduling options:

• Part-time or full-time
• Mornings/days or afternoons/evenings
