Paycom - ATS in Ponca City, OK is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our care team. The role supports providing accurate, timely food service to residents and to maintain dietary equipment in a safe, sanitary manner.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to withstand sudden temperature changes in kitchen.
• Ability to safely transport hot pans and maneuver in kitchen and walk-in freezer/cooler.
• Ability to identify chemicals and use/dilute them safely.
• Ability to relate positively with residents, families, visitors and staff.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Ability to taste and smell food to determine quality.
• Meet all health requirements imposed by law.

Purpose of this position

The purpose of this position is to complete duties assigned to provide accurate, timely food service to meet residents needs in compliance with Federal, State and local requirements. To maintain dietary equipment in a safe, sanitary manner. Must be committed to person-centered care by embracing and following the facilitys goal of person-centered care by demonstrating and being supportive of individual resident choice and controlled resident-preferred routines in all aspect of daily living.
