Adira at Riverside in Yonkers, NY seeks a dedicated Dietary Aide to support high-quality meals for residents in a luxury rehabilitation setting. You will assist with meal prep, portioning, and safe sanitation while ensuring nutrition needs are met.

The role requires prior dietary aide experience, a High School diploma, and availability every other weekend with flexible scheduling. You will work under the Director of Dietary Services and operate kitchen equipment to support safe, compliant food

• Must have prior experience as a Dietary Aide or in a related field.
• Every other weekend availability is required, with flexible scheduling available.

Responsabilidades

• Safety and sanitation practices must be followed in a safe environment.
• Prepare and serve meals according to residents' prescribed diets.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Director of Dietary Services, including food preparation and cleaning.
• Demonstrate competence in use of kitchen equipment (slicers, grinders, mixers, dishwashers, stoves, etc.).
