Job summary

CareOne Peabody is hiring a Dietary Aide to support our Long Term Care residents with compassionate, quality meals. You’ll assist in all dietary functions under the Nutrition Service Director, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction in a team-focused environment.

The role emphasizes flexibility to work all shifts and weekends, with a starting wage of $16.25–$19.25 per hour and benefits for part-time and full-time staff. Experience in long-term care is preferred but training is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred; however, we are willing to train reliable candidates.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and the right attitude are the most important aspects for success in this position.
• Must be able to work weekends is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• The Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed by the Nutrition Service Director in accordance with established policies and procedures.
